Licensed in 2020, Brandon has an extensive background in customer service, property management and most recently Real Estate marketing. Brandon being experienced in these areas takes a burden off of clients, both buyers and seller alike. Serving as a Property Manager for 6 years for a local-owned 375 unit Apartment complex, Brandon used marketing and charisma to take the complex from 69% occupancy rate to 94% occupancy rate. Brandon then went on to manage single and multifamily homes for another 2 years.
Brandon commits to his clients morality, loyalty and hard work. Being a master in networking, Brandon commits to finding YOU the best deal possible regardless if you are a seller, buyer or investor.
Brandon is married to Crystal Bracy. They rear two daughters, Landyn and Ava along with their dog, Maddi. The Bracy family are members of Grace City Church In Albany, GA. Brandon enjoys traveling with family, go fishing and network by meeting new people.
